Request deletion of your Sniffs.ai data
How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of all data associated with your Sniffs.ai account, including any data received through Instagram or Facebook integrations.
Option 1: From your dashboard
Log in to your Sniffs.ai account, go to Settings, and click "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to privacy@sniffs.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your business profile (name, services, pricing, hours, policies)
- All conversation history and booking records
- Instagram/Facebook connection data and tokens
- All analytics and usage data
Instagram Data
If you connected your Instagram account, all Instagram-related data (page tokens, message history, account identifiers) will be permanently deleted. You can also revoke our access directly from your Instagram app under Settings > Security > Apps and Websites.
