Sniffs.ai provides an AI-powered receptionist agent for pet grooming businesses. The Service includes website analysis, AI training, automated booking and messaging across web chat, Instagram DMs, and SMS channels.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

- Misrepresent your business or services through the AI agent

- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI Agent Limitations

The AI agent is designed to assist with client communication and booking. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or legal counsel. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information your AI agent provides to clients.

6. Pricing and Payment

Sniffs.ai is currently in free beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, and branding, is owned by Sniffs.ai. Your business data and content remain your property. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sniffs.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost bookings, incorrect pricing quotes, or missed client communications.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
