Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sniffs.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sniffs.ai provides a text-first AI assistant for pet grooming businesses. Access to the current free beta is by invitation. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee admission or a particular admission date.

You may join the waitlist by sending JOIN through SMS or WhatsApp. This requests waitlist confirmations and invitation updates on that channel. Reply STOP to stop those messages. Connections and automated actions may require additional setup or provider approval.

The AI agent may collect pending booking requests. Appointments are confirmed only after they are approved by your business, your connected calendar or booking workflow, or another deterministic confirmation process we provide.

3. User Accounts

You must accept a valid invitation and create an account to use the Service. We verify account access through a sign-in code or private link sent to your phone. Invited groomers can accept the beta terms and set up their business by text or WhatsApp. Do not share account setup or sign-in links. Member referral invitations are separate links that you may share with other pet groomers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

- Misrepresent your business or services through the AI agent

- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI Agent Limitations

The AI agent is designed to assist with client communication and booking. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or legal counsel. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information your AI agent provides to clients.

6. Pricing and Payment

The current invite-only beta is free. No credit card is required, and beta accounts are not enrolled in a paid subscription or charged per booking.

We may introduce paid plans later. We will explain the price and terms before asking you to opt in. We will not automatically charge you or retroactively bill your free beta usage. A payment link you save for collecting money from your own clients does not authorize Sniffs subscription charges.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, and branding, is owned by Sniffs.ai. Your business data and content remain your property. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sniffs.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost bookings, incorrect pricing quotes, or missed client communications.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
