When a customer says "Bernedoodle, 50 lbs", the agent applies your breed-and-weight pricing rules automatically. It quotes the upper end of the range for high-time breeds (doodles, long-coats, double-coats) without you having to set rules for every dog.
Will it lock in the wrong day or double-book me?
No. Sniffs syncs two-ways with Google Calendar. Before offering any time slot, it pulls real blocked slots from your calendar and your existing bookings. The agent never offers a time you can't physically take.
Does it understand mobile grooming and service-area routing?
Yes. Sniffs reads your service area from your website or Google Business listing, asks the customer for their zip or address, and only offers appointments within range. It also knows mobile groomers need travel buffers between stops, so it won't book back-to-back appointments across town.
What about reactive dogs or behavioral issues?
Sniffs has built-in behavioral detection. If a customer mentions aggression, biting history, anxiety, or medical conditions, the agent acknowledges warmly but does not give a final price or auto-book. It flags the conversation for you to follow up personally — protecting you from clients you don't have capacity for.
Will it shave my customer's Husky in summer?
No. Sniffs has hard-coded safety guardrails for double-coated breeds (Huskies, Goldens, Aussies, Pomeranians, etc.).
